Sign up by November 15th to secure your preferred schedule and rate. Available to both current and new clients.
Basic Service:
- Interior visual check of key areas
- Run faucets and flush toilets
- Confirm Thermostat is on and set correctly
- Check for signs of storm damage or freezing
Standard: (Includes Basic)
- Check the exterior of the home for problems( trees, snow, gutters, etc.)
- Check for signs of rodents and pests
- Retrieve Packages, flyers, and mail from entry way
- Confirm all doors and windows are secure.
Luxury: (Includes Standard and Basic)
- Roofline and ice damage inspection from the ground view
- Generator visual inspection (if accessible)
- Vehicle Start up (if keys are provided)
- Guest/Owner pre-arrival prep (light touch up, heat on)
- Photo report and written summary sent after each visit

property and provide a full report within 24 hours.
